- Please make your reservation based on the number of adults staying, and indicate the number and ages of children (12 years old and under) who will be sharing a bed in the comments section (“Prepare Your Stay”)
- Guests aged 13 and above should be included in the adult count when making the reservation.
- Under this plan, one child (12 years or under) per adult can stay free of charge when sharing a bed.
- Only one child per bed can share with adults.
- Please present proof of your child’s age at check-in.
- At least one adult must stay in each room when booking two or more rooms.
- Extra beds cannot be used for children sharing a bed.
- Bed guards for children can be installed upon request. Please contact us as early as possible, as the number of bed guards is limited and may not always be available.

Accommodation Tax
Starting from 1 April, 2026, an accommodation tax will be introduced by Hokkaido Prefecture and the City of Otaru.
Please note that even if you make a reservation before 1 April, 2026, the accommodation tax will be applied for stays on or after 1 April, 2026.
The rates listed on our website do not include the accommodation tax, so the tax will be collected at the front desk upon check-in.

Cancellation Policies
- More than 8 days prior to arrival day - No cancellation charge
- 4-7 days prior to arrival day - 20% of total room nights
- 1-3 days prior to arrival day - 50% of total room nights
- Arrival day or No show - 100% of total room nights
