- Summer Made Seamless complimentary perks only for bookings from 1 September, for stays by 31 October 2026.
- The rate is subject to a 10% service charge, 17% local goods & services tax (GST), and a green tax of USD12 per person per night.
- The rate quoted is per night for 2 guests and is subject to availability, and seasonal variations and may change without notice.
- Flight details must be provided 48 hours prior to arrival to arrange the transfers.
- Speedboat transfers provided by the resort are mandatory. We do not accept third-party boat transfers to and from the resort, for both arrival and departure.
- Speedboat shared* transfers paid separately, after booking of villas.
- Per Adult: USD 140 two way
- Per Child (2-11 years): USD 70 two way
- Infant (0-2 years): Complimentary
- *Shared transfers mean you may need to wait for other guests to clear airport
- All excursions and trips must be booked with the resort. As per our internal safety policy, third-party bookings for excursions and trips are not allowed for resort guests.

Cancellation Policy
- 50% deposit charged to credit card at time of booking. Remaining 50% paid within 7 days of arrival.
- Cancellations and no-show received 7 days or less before the arrival date will be charged 100% of the entire stay.
Guarantee Policy
All reservations are required to be guaranteed by credit card upon confirmation of booking. A 100% deposit will be charged to your credit card 07 days prior to your arrival. We do not accept third-party credit card payments. Credit Card holders must be one of the travelers in the booking. Additional terms and conditions apply.
For your security, any payment request relating to your reservation will come directly from Grand Park Kodhipparu Maldives. We do not use third parties to contact guests to request payment. If you receive an unexpected payment request or are unsure whether a communication is genuine, please contact the resort directly before making payment or sharing any payment information.
